Patient Access Representative (Hospital) - University Hospital (Administrative)
We are seeking a Patient Access Representative - Hospital to:
Education:
Minimum - High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Preferred - Associate Degree in Business, Finance. Health Information Management or related field
Work Experience:
Minimum - One (1) year of experience in a customer service related field.
Preferred - One (1) year of experience in a healthcare, call center, business, financial or insurance related field.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Physical Requirements:
Light: Ability to lift up to 20 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds.

Work Schedule:
100% FTE, 40 hours per week. Scheduled shifts are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
