Manager, Sales Operations and Strategy (Finance)
The Basics:
Tanium is seeking a Sales Strategy & Operations Manager to support the Federal Sales organization in every aspect of the design and execution of their sales go-to-market strategy. We're looking for an excellent strategic and operational thinker to drive growth, scalability, and efficiency in Tanium's Federal sales organization. This person will be in a highly visible role that partners directly with the Federal Sales SVP and collaborates with GTM leaders across the company.
The right candidate must have the ability to both think strategically to develop plans, and also have the operational expertise to execute on them. This will require rolling up their sleeves to dive deep in an analysis or model, while also keeping the big picture and practicality in mind. This role requires comfort with ambiguity and the ability to build processes and initiatives from scratch. The person should be able to take a structured approach to solving complex problems and clearly and concisely communicate their results or recommendations with supporting data. Finally, the candidate will need to have strong business partnership skills, demonstrated by the ability to communicate and influence across all levels and functions of the organization.
The position can be located in the central or eastern United States.
