Customer Service Administrator (CRL) (Administrative)



The Customer Service Administrator works directly with customers.  This person is responsible for

Providing product and service information and processing orders. This role requires a strong focus on driving sales, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting efforts in positioning the branch as a direct and trusted contact for the location. Serve as an ambassador between the customer and the company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy
  • Maintain broad knowledge of clients, products, and services
  • Accurately process over-the-counter, phoned, faxed, and e-mailed orders
  • Document customer interactions and transactions
  • Data entry, daily cash balancing, and sales audits
  • Will manage the general business operation in this facility and work cross-functionally with the warehouse organization.
  • This role works independently and uses discretion concerning order fulfillment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform the job successfully, this person must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Being reliable as a role carries responsibility as the keyholder.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • CRL product knowledge preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment, stay current with all inquiries and tasks
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and conduct yourself professionally, with excellent written and verbal communications
  • Able to read and perform simple mathematical calculations
  • Good computer skills
  • Lifting and packaging of products of complete orders.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: 

  • 2-5 years of experience in glazing and architectural aluminum industry
  • Strong in the use of Microsoft Office products
  • Business Acumen

Bilingual in Spanish preferred
