Contract Document Specialist (Finance)

SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION:
USAF Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) Environmental Management Directorate Support: ANSER is seeking qualified personnel to support the AFCEC Environmental Management Directorate (EMD). AFCEC EMD support primarily includes advising and assistance in collecting, compiling and analyzing environmental data for reporting and training on several product areas benefiting the Air Force. These services support USAF environmental compliance, conservation, pollution prevention, and restoration support activities.
ANSER is seeking candidates with the expertise, experience, and background to provide junior level contract specialist and acquisition management support to AFCEC EMD's Environmental Management Compliance Division. Services include:
Preparing Acquisition Package Documents: Support development of requirement packages in accordance with AFI 65-116. Assist with market research, identify sources and draft and assemble documentation requirements for contract acquisition packages (approximately 75 contract acquisition packages annually)
Support Project Execution: Coordinate with stakeholders and help develop courses of action
Data Management: Perform weekly reviews of all Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) trackers, and verify data accuracy
Process Improvement Analysis: Provide process improvement recommendations to streamline division processes for an estimated 4 process improvement events per year
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
3+ years' experience
Knowledge of EMD programs and media
Knowledge of environmental compliance programs and Air Force Civil Engineering organizational structures
Knowledge of relevant Air Force databases of record (e.g., eDASH, Obligation Adjustment Reporting System)
EDUCATION & YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
3 to 10 years of experience and a BA/BS or MA/MS degree
