Recruiter (Human Resources)
The Recruiter serves to recruit qualified individuals for opportunities of employment with TVFCU through various channels such as online job postings, off-site job fairs, employee referrals, and networking. The Recruiter performs the full-cycle recruiting process to include: posting job openings, performing initial screening of applicants, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and completing onboarding processes. The Recruiter is also responsible for coordination of TVFCU specific job fairs.
