Valet-PRN (Project Management)

Fall River Health Services is looking for a Valet/PRN. This role plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for patients and their families at our facility.Additionally, the Valet will function as a receptionist and patient escort, contributing to a positive and efficient environment.
Schedule: Covers shifts as needed. Hours are 8 a.m. -4:30 p.m. No weekends.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and their families warmly; assist them in safely disembarking from their vehicles and provide support as needed.Serve as the first point of contact for patients, answering questions and directing them to the appropriate services or departments.Escort patients to their appointments, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit.Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff.Effectively communicate with medical staff and other departments to ensure a smooth patient experience.Maintain the valet area and parking facilities in a clean and organized manner.
The average Salary for this position is $15.00 to 16.00 an hour, depending on years of experience.
