Talent Acquisition Specialist (Corporate - CDA) (Creative Design)
Description:
Idaho Forest Group is seeking to hire an Internal Corporate based recruiter to manage the IFG job board and enhance the candidate experience. This role will partner with Human Resources and hiring managers around the enterprise to identify and obtain top talent and facilitate a seamless candidate and interview experience.
Essential Functions:
• Assist HR and Supervisors with job descriptions, job advertisements, and internal and external job boards
• Proactively seek out qualified candidates and make connections
• Promptly contact qualified candidates and schedule an initial phone screen if needed
• Creative use of social media, LinkedIn, and other resources to seek out candidates for hard to fill positions
• Coordinate between HR, hiring managers and candidates with interview scheduling and logistics
• Provide regular status updates and timeline to HR and hiring managers on each requisition
• Be the primary point of contact for candidates with frequent updates and open communication
• Maintain detailed and accurate reporting logs for each position regarding outreach and candidates
• Manage the IFG internal and external job boards
• Coordinate with HR and hiring managers for timely and accurate offer letters
• Assist with scheduling pre-employment testing (drug testing, background check, etc.)
• Assist with AAP reporting regarding recruitment, sourcing, outreach, disposition, and candidate demographics
• Responsible for creating consistent processes, procedures, and documentation company-wide
o Priority is focusing on centralizing IFG's position in the external job market
• Responsible for learning the company culture, individual site culture, and job functions so that positions are represented accurately
• Represent IFG to the job market in a professional manner ensuring positive candidate experiences
• Other duties as needed
Qualifications:
• Prior full cycle recruitment experience required (sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, etc.)
o Blue collar production/manufacturing roles preferred
• Must have intermediate Microsoft Office skills
o Experience and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably experience with UKG (UltiPro)
• Understanding of the job market and driving economics
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to travel to the facilities and meet internal stakeholders
• Proactive and driven mindset to actively fill positions in a tight labor market
• Must be able to work independently, with little supervision
• High School diploma required, while more formalized education and credentials are highly preferred
• Valid Driver's license with acceptable driving record for business related trips

Physical Requirements:
Move safely, quickly, and perform duties with repetitious movement. Sit and/or stand for shift, reach with hands and arms, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull, maintain balance, bend at the waist, kneel, walk varying distances, and climb stairs. Must be able to tolerate all weather elements, loud conditions, vibrations and airborne particles (sawdust).
