Supply Chain Clerk Lead (Project Management)



Job Summary

Perform all duties of the Supply Chain Clerk and act as backup to the Supervisor as necessary. Act as a liaison between various business units to ensure success of customer relationship

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing staff and workload to meet or exceed productivity performance standards. Provide functional supervision to team members in the absence of Supervisor.

  • May assist in the training of associates at assigned location.

  • Under the direction of the supervisor, facilitates team meetings, assist with employee reviews and provide feedback, review site employee errors and trains, coaches and provides day-to-day direction and training to eliminate potential errors.

  • At the direction of the supervisor, may be tasks with gathering data to support the maintenance of records including time cards/sheets, training data, etc.

  • Embrace KPI's, track trends and best practices implemented by supervisor.

  • Direct the workflow of team in support of customer needs and best practices standards.

  • Perform all duties of the Supply Chain Clerk and act as backup as necessary.

Requirements:

Education

  • High school diploma

Relevant Work Experience

  • 1 year experience as a Supply Chain Clerk.

Additional

  • Must be able to read and communicate in English.

  • Must have basic math skills (addition/subtraction) and strong interpersonal/relationship-building skills.

  • Must have a high sense of urgency and be able to meet the physical requirements of the position.

  • Previous experience with SAP and Catalyst or another inventory management system. Pro-track experience.

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$18.00 - $25.25 Hourly

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
