Duties and responsibilities
Provide the highest level of outstanding, professional customer service to each of Olive & Cocoa's corporate clients by creating a rapport over the phone and through email.
Utilize exemplary selling skills to identify customer, customer needs and close sales.
Maintain expert knowledge of all products, branding, pricing, and company procedures.
Process orders and complete branding packets when needed.
Write bounce backs and high touches to all ordering clients.
Think critically and exercise strong problem solving skills while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Build and maintain client relationships to develop repeat business.
Manage, maintain and build on sales pipelines.
Meet or exceed individual sales goals.
Contribute to a team atmosphere and help when and where needed i.e. customer service call overflow, crate/floral building.
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required. (Associate degree in a business related field preferred)
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
Organized with an acute attention to detail.
Have a proven track record in achieving sales goals.
Excel in suggestive selling and up-selling skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent computer proficiency. (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook, Internet Explorer, Intranet, Response)
Two years of experience in a customer service or sales support role required
Working conditions
This position operates in a professional office environment. This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, computer printers and filing cabinets.
Physical requirements
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is constantly required to sit, talk, and hear. The employee in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access office machinery. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and printer using hands to finger to handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing data and figures, transcribing and viewing a computer terminal.
