Global Director of Publications & Scientific Communications (Project Management)
The Global Director Publications and Scientific Communication will lead and oversee Global Medical Publication and Communication strategy including Global Congress and Digital strategies; develop and oversee global processes to facilitate publication of studies and related assets for Medical and Clinical programs; and oversee medical writing activities.
Additionally, this role will adhere to industry guidelines and prevailing regulations; work collaboratively with key stakeholders to proactively drive governance of medical communication activities; and demonstrate the ability to lead and inspire teams and deliver near- and long-term communication strategies that support business objectives.
This global leadership role will identify/implement/lead Scientific Communications inputs with key global projects associated with Medical Affairs as needed including new product or indication launches; and collaborate with Medical Affairs leadership team on strategy
development/execution, also including any other projects that may help meaningful support/impact to the Company. Must have strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with Key Thought Leaders around the globe. Strong Project management skills and ability to meet challenging timelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and oversee global publication, scientific communications and medical congress strategies
Ensure process and procedures align to prevailing global regulatory and publication guidance
Develop and continuously update medical communication tools and materials for use by HCPs and Medical Affairs colleagues
