Associate Director, Collaboration, M365 Applications (Information Technology)
Specifically, the incumbent leads and contributes to the architectural design, development, customization and integration efforts of Microsoft 365 solutions. This involves identifying, documenting, and refining business and system requirements based on dialogue and interaction with end users. Upon finalization of these requirements, he/she designs appropriate architecture and develops the Microsoft 365 based solutions that meet the specified business needs as per project/action plan(s) to ensure solutions are implemented on schedule.
The Associate Director, Collaboration, M365 Applications leads/oversees all Microsoft 365 related projects including leading the team in the analysis, design, development and deployment of SharePoint Online and the entirety of the Microsoft 365 suite of applications. In addition, this position is responsible for educating and mentoring SharePoint and Microsoft 365 developers on best practices for developing SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions and training the end-user community on the solutions and developing the methods for adoption. He/She also contributes as subject matter expert and supports business managers and IT to determine how to best implement, support and use collaborative solutions.
The applicant for this role will also be working closely with others throughout the business, especially members of the Corporate Communications team to create marketing programs for the solutions to build adoption throughout the end-user community with the goal of increasing ROI.
The incumbent may manage, coach and mentor direct reports.
The Associate Director, Collaboration, M365 Applications supports adherence to relevant regulatory requirements and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as appropriate.
