YOUR ROLE
- Assist in executing marketing plans for Schwarzkopf Professional brands to include: P&L for promotions, sales and product forecasting, brand analysis, branding activities or events, set-up of internal systems, etc.
- Maintain existing and create new artwork for finished goods packaging as required for launches and legal updates
- Develop concepts for educational & editorial photo/video/social media shoots and stay connected to the industry with field visits, trade show attendance, etc. Market Analysis, Research & Portfolio Development
- Analyze sales data (excel) and creating recommendations on products, customers & market needs and understand / bring key insights from current and future market trends and dynamics
- Collaborate and lead cross functional teams (Key account managers, sales, R&D, supply chain, education teams) and manage the day-to-day project timelines & logistics; forecasting, budget management
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-4 years' experience in product development, brand or trade marketing
- Professional beauty salon industry experience not required but highly attractive
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to convince & influence
- High level of passion, initiative, and assertiveness
- Helps other succeed – a true team player
- Demonstrated collaborative approach to strategic issues
- Passion for the beauty/fashion industry
- Professional understanding of sub-disciplines such as e-comm, digital, events, and PR
