Heat Treat Engineering Champion (Engineering)

**Two positions available, one for Induction Heat Treat, and Carburizing Heat Treat.
This position is responsible for operational/manufacturing engineering support and It requires a high degree of technical capability while working in a high energy team environment focused on the manufacturing development of all heat treat, metallurgical and chemical processes for Dana's global operations. Responsible to make detailed and accurate technical assessments and generate reports related to all aspects heat treatment processes. Responsible to assist in training of production operators, maintenance personnel and other laboratory technicians. Need to assist in the planning for maintenance of the heat treat equipment along with leading many of the startup and shutdown activities for the heat treat equipment.
