DRC Assessment Interview Specialist (Healthcare)
Performs and reports on internal Donor Risk Assessment Interview (DRAI) audits. Promotes an environment of continuous quality improvement to assure that the mission and vision statements of Unyts are realized to the very best of the organization's ability.
Education Requirements:
High school diploma required.
Associates degree of higher preferred.
Experience:
Medical Terminology required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills required, including communicating with diverse individuals.
Proficiency in data entry required.
Must be detail oriented, and have the ability to remain accurate.
Must be highly organized and analytical with the ability to think logically, manage time effectively, prioritize and multi-task.
Must be able to remain professional in making decisions and handling confidential information.
Must have patience and maintain focus through interruptions.
Must be reliable and self-motivated.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Locate and navigate DRAI recordings in the Oaisys recording system.
2. Perform DRAI audits by listening to the Oaisys recording and comparing it to the associated documentation in iTransplant.
3. Document all DRAI audit nonconformities and distribute to appropriate management staff for review.
4. Access iTransplant to document DRAI audit notes as needed.
