Office Administrator - Lyndhurst (Administrative)
Inputs National Account information for billing and processing
Performs daily office duties to include answering phones, sending faxes, updating driver logs, and processing paperwork
Processes customer returns and credits accounts accordingly
Checks on progress of deliveries by keeping in contact with drivers through the course of the day
Processes end of day reconciliation of day and performs bank deposits
Posts entries to accounts receivable in a timely fashion
Performs other duties as needed
Must be well versed in MS suites
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
Must have High School Diploma or GED
