The Experience Designer provides user-centered interaction and visual design methodology to improve the usability, ease of use, and enhance appeal, and maximize functionality provided through the interaction between the customer and a product or service, addressing all aspects of a product or service as perceived by users.

Responsibilities:

Explore different way to solve problems while identifying pros and cons, questions and/or implications
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
Work through design problems from concept to launch while designing the workflows and detailed interactions to realize them
Collaborate with UXD researcher on research plan, stakeholder interviews, user interviews, etc.
Design workflows and detailed interactive prototype

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in responsive design, visual design or related field.
2+ years of experience with responsive design and related best practices as well as with designing enterprise web applications.
2+ years of experience creating UX deliverables such as wireframes, user flows, user journeys, sitemaps, personas, high fidelity designs, Figma prototypes, etc.
Comfortable using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, etc.

Working Conditions: Normal office environment.
