The Job Details are as follows:

The Experience Designer provides user-centered interaction and visual design methodology to improve the usability, ease of use, and enhance appeal, and maximize functionality provided through the interaction between the customer and a product or service, addressing all aspects of a product or service as perceived by users.

  • Comfortable working both remote and onsite
  • Seeks feedback from more senior designers

Responsibilities:

  • Explore different way to solve problems while identifying pros and cons, questions and/or implications 
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Work through design problems from concept to launch while designing the workflows and detailed interactions to realize them
  • Collaborate with UXD researcher on research plan, stakeholder interviews, user interviews, etc.
  • Design workflows and detailed interactive prototype

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in responsive design, visual design or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience with responsive design and related best practices as well as with designing enterprise web applications.
  • 2+ years of experience creating UX deliverables such as wireframes, user flows, user journeys, sitemaps, personas, high fidelity designs, Figma prototypes, etc.
  • Comfortable using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, etc.

Working Conditions: Normal office environment.
