The Director, Product Strategy will be responsible for leading the identification, analysis, execution and support of strategic product development for new and existing markets, products and services across DentaQuest's commercial and government product lines. The director will develop tailored product strategies and oversee tactical product plan execution designed to support the achievement of operating plan business and profitability goals for each enterprise business, including Commercial, Direct to Consumer, and Government segments.
This role will be an integral part of the enterprise-wide marketing function reporting into the Senior Vice President of Marketing and will oversee product portfolio strategy, product development, and product management. The Director will have responsibility for planning, guiding, and coordinating product strategy across a wide array of customers and markets throughout the organization in order to enable the achievement of established business and operating goals. The position is an essential component of the enterprise Marketing function and will collaborate closely with both the business functions and the innovation team.
