Stahls' Transfer Express manufactures custom heat applied transfers for apparel and more. Our transfers are used by athletic apparel dealers, T-shirt retailers, and many other markets in the U.S. and Canada.
Our team endeavors to keep Transfer Express competitive. We do this by using the latest in manufacturing, sales, and marketing techniques and investing in our greatest asset, our employees. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR I) to join our front-line Customer Support team.

We are looking for customer service professionals who will succeed in our lively, energetic department. This is a fast-paced job, where the ability to multitask is a MUST! Our reps handle inbound calls and assist with web orders from our clients, along with ensuring accuracy of orders and guaranteeing customer satisfaction to help increase business and retain customers.

Are you a quick learner with a good foundation of computer and typing skills in addition to exceptional phone skills?
We expect reps to acquire the fundamental knowledge of our products and systems within the first few weeks...and there is a test! We offer extensive training; we only ask that you be willing and able to learn. Ability to type quickly and proficiency with written community is a must!
Essential Business Experience and/or Technical Skills
Days: 10am-7pm Monday to Friday
High school diploma or equivalent
