Senior Information Technology/Operational Risk Specialist (Finance)
Job Summary:
We have an excellent opportunity in the 12th District's Regional Institution Group for an individual with a strong background in Information Technology (IT) and related areas of operational (ops) risk within the financial services and/or banking industries. The Senior IT/Ops Risk Specialist will be a key member of the District's regional bank program, with accountability for planning and leading complex examination activities, developing portfolio risk-tiering and contributing to tailored IT and ops risk supervision activities across a large and diverse portfolio.
Our ideal candidate will have expertise in assessing or managing technology, information security, data and data governance, and cybersecurity risks. Additionally,having a strong working background in assessing or managing enterprise risk management, corporate governance, and project management in a regional or large bank environment is needed as a complement to providing a robust supervisory assessment. Finally, the ability to collaborate with other risk specialists covering credit, market, liquidity, legal and compliance risks, as part of the regional portfolio's consolidated supervisory plan, is essential.
