Task Force ES Director of Sales (Marketing)
Job Description Summary
The person assigned as the Task Force - Sales (TFS) will be assigned to develop and implement the total sales and marketing strategy of the hotel to ensure that occupancy, average daily rate and market share goals are achieved. This position will be focused on a variety of tasks that are needed to support the Corporate Director of Sales, Vice President of Operations, Regional Director of Operations and Regional Director of Sales. The TFS will work directly with the Regional leadership team and/or the General Manager to identify specific extended stay strategies and tactics to drive revenue according to the hotel's seasonal demand. The TFS will also work with Sonesta's Corporate Marketing and Revenue Management team, along with our Global Sales team to leverage national brand strategies at the local level.Job Description
