Summary:
Dexcom is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and manage key contract manufacturing partners. The person filling this role will be responsible for the overall commercial relationship and day-to-day operations of the assigned contract management account(s).
This candidate will own the relationship with Contract Manufacturers (CMs) and assure output, quality, and financial objectives are met. Working closely with internal and external cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management and Program Management will be essential to success. This position requires both strategic thinking and a willingness to roll up one's sleeves.
This position will split their time between a Dexcom site (either San Diego or Arizona) and the Contract Manufacturer(s) they are assigned to.
Responsibilities:
Manage performance of CMs via best practices such as Quarterly Business Reviews, SLAs, and Scorecards to drive continuous improvement

Language Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
