HR Operations Analyst (Project Management)

What will your job look like?
The HR Operations Analyst will provide support to the HR Operations team and the organization by creating and educating on job aids for end users, reviewing, auditing and approving HRIS transactions, creating reporting and dashboards, as well as ensuring the date integrity of Workday.  This role will help manage the information and workflows within our HR systems to guarantee accuracy and reliability and ensure adherence with HR Operations policies, procedures and best practices.  

Position will sit in St. Louis, MO and will be in-office 2 days a week. Only candidates located in St. Louis will be considered at this time.

What you'll do:

  • Create and maintain job aids to assist users with system steps and procedural guidance

  • Manage Workday workflows such as, but not limited to, employee/management movements, job change, and promotions

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely responses on a variety of inquiries and reporting requirements

  • Engage with internal stakeholders to resolve system issues and coach on appropriate steps/procedures

  • Generate reports, dashboards, and analytics related to HR Operations metrics

  • Train and educate team members on how to use Workday

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Payroll, IT, Finance) to ensure alignment and accuracy of HR data

  • Maintain data integrity across HR systems by performing audits and resolving discrepancies

  • Identify opportunities to enhance HR operations through automation, system enhancements, and process optimization

  • Help manage compensation workflows within the system (merit, bonus, minimum wage changes)

  • Research compensation rules and regulations

  • Create and document processes and best practices related to HR Operations 

  • Oversee HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and with active stakeholder involvement

  • Audit Workday Recruiting and HCM module for accuracy 

  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations

  • Other duties as assigned

What you'll need: 
Experience, Education & Certifications:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent amount of relevant experience 

  • Minimum of two year experience in an HR Operations or similar HR role

  • Experience with HRIS systems including reporting

  • Intermediate level of proficiency or above with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

  • Strong Excel and data reporting skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)

Salary Min: $60,000
Salary Max: $90,000
