Member Contact Center Supervisor (Administrative)

The Supervisor will work as team with the two other Supervisors located at the Tyler, TX and La Crosse, WI locations and directly oversee a team of 7-9 Member Contact Center Specialists. Flexibility and willingness to work between the Operations Center in Onalaska, WI and the Losey Office in La Crosse, WI is required, as well as availability for annual travel to the Tyler, TX Member Contact Center.
Responsibilities include:
A High school diploma or GED is required. Three to five years' of financial industry experience or two year college degree or one year supervisory experience preferred, but not required.
The ideal candidate must be able to work as early as 7:30 a.m. and as late as 6:00 p.m. on a rotational basis to perform some opening and closing duties in the office. Willingness and availability to work an occasional Saturday is required.
