Pay: $30.00-$45.00/hour, based on experience and responsibility level.Schedule: Full-time, travel required up to 75% of the time.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations and manage site crews
Operate and train staff on heavy road construction and forestry equipment
Enforce safety policies and site rules
Manage project schedules and understand project specifications for completion
Ensure quality control and regulatory compliance

Qualifications:

2-5 years of heavy equipment experience required
Mechanical troubleshooting and repair knowledge preferred
Valid driver's license with clean 5-year record
Strong leadership, safety awareness, and team management skills
Bi-Lingual a plus
