Total Rewards Systems Administrator (Transportation)
We are seeking a Total Rewards Systems Administrator for the Total Rewards Department.
The purpose of this role is to provide quality support for the Human Resources Information (HRIS) that supports the functions of people data, payroll, compensation, recruiting, talent, and benefits. This role serves as the primary system administrator accountable for all system outputs of the (HRIS) system of record for payroll, benefits, internal and external compliance, compensation, benefits, recruiting, talent, and human capital data. This role ensures that decision-makers receive accurate and timely services and workforce information that are critical to support the human capital necessary to implement Credit Human's strategy, while providing quality control and systems administration by supporting the HRIS applications and modules.
