Senior Account Executive (Sales)
SUMMARY
Responsible for strategically & effectively managing the portfolio of wholesales customers in USA in order to achieve and exceed the annual sales and profitability objectives established for the division. This position's primary role is to manage a segment of accounts and contribute to the achievement of sustained, profitable, and brand enhancing growth for Cubavera.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Market share expansion of Cubavera Brand in USA
Achieve strategic objectives, revenue, and profitability goals
Management of key accounts in USA
Demonstrate excellent product knowledge
Develop individual market plans, strategies, and objectives
Identifying and exploiting new market development opportunities
Developing and executing effective product strategies for existing and new products
Monitor competition and trends across market: identify new & different product needs to merch. team
Forecast overall account business and set sales / product goals for each customer
Collaborate with Finance and Sales partners to develop top-down account financial targets, including long
range strategic plans
Collaborate with Wholesale Merchandising to develop seasonal category productivity targets (assortment
architecture)
Partner with Merchandising to develop seasonal strategies and build key pre-season and in-season decisions
Reporting retail sales performance / market intelligence and key information to PEI Sr. Management
Collaborate with retailers & PEI on marketing & promotional activities
Facilitate and ensure In-store presentations exceed Brand expectations.
Manage daily, monthly and quarterly assessments of financial performance against forecast, budget and LY
Draft financial, statistical, and/or other reports as requested
Manage division due dates to ensure critical deadlines are met
Provide specialized sales support as needed for team in multiple locations
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
Directs the Sales Assistants to ensure consistency and standardized processes are in place
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook
Ability to navigate through PEI systems along with the ability to train others on system usage
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Advanced ability to create reports from Business Objects
Strong computer and internet research skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Project coordination experience
Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff in a fast paced environment, oftentimes under ressure
Able to work with a high degree of autonomy to meet deadlines and complete projects

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree (business related) a plus but not required
5+ years relevant experience
Strong organizational skills
Strong math skills
Excellent IT skills including strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
