Scheduler/Material Handler (Project Management)



All employees must wear safety glasses at all times. (Non-prescription safety glasses will be provided by Indiana Furniture.) Hearing protection and work gloves are available upon request. Individuals accepting job assignments with Indiana Furniture must be able to work during scheduled work hours on a regular basis.
Kitter must be able to perform the following functions with or without reasonable accommodations:

Ability to use a computer and scanner.
Pull material as needed.
Pull parts from pallets and put in assembly carts.
Attention to detail.
Willing to crosstrain in other areas and jobs.
Ability to help put away hardware, cartons and help on pack line.
Communicate visually or verbally
Make decisions
Plan or organize work
Verify completeness or accuracy of data
Load, unload or stack containers, materials or products
Lift up to 50 lbs maximum and up to 20 lbs regularly. (Anything heavier requires assistance with lifting).
Work in a fast pace environment.
Ability to read product information.
Push/pull products on the line 67-100% of the workday.
Simple grasping of tools and products 67-100% of the workday.
Firm grasping of tools and products 67-100% of the workday.
Standing 67-100% of the workday.
Bending from the waist 67-100% of the workday.
Reaching 67-100% of the workday.
