Legal Talent Coordinator (Human Resources)
Cozen O'Connor is seeking a full time Legal Talent Coordinator to join the recruiting team. The Coordinator will reside in Philadelphia and will be responsible for firm-wide recruiting efforts and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have law firm experience, preferably with attorney recruiting. The Coordinator will report directly to the Manager of Legal Talent and work closely with the Director of Legal Recruiting and Chief Legal Talent Officer.
