DATA INTEGRATION SPECIALIST (Information Technology)

Global is seeking a highly motivated, self-starter to take on the Data Integration Specialist role. S/he will be primarily responsible for helping our DSP partners with their API and data integrations with Global.

Responsibilities will include

• Provide technical support to clients during the API integration process by assisting them in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand integration requirements and specifications.
• Perform API testing and validation to ensure quality and reliability for new API development.
• Create and maintain documentation related to API integrations, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.
• Work closely with internal development and QA teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Monitor API performance and proactively address any issues.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with API testing tools and methodologies is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• SQL experience is a plus

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Science, or a related field is a plus
• Project management experience is a plus
