Senior Tech Support Professional (Finance)
This role is part of the Global Remote Buildings Operation Team, delivering 24/7 engineering response and support to Honeywell Connected Sites worldwide under defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). As a Senior Technical Support Professional, you will be the first point of contact for contracted customers, working within an office-based team across various shifts. You will provide technical support on Building Automation Systems, perform fault detection and diagnostics, validate and analyze system profiles and usage, and ensure timely and effective resolution of system issues.
It will be your responsibility to ensure our customers gets their issues resolved in the most expedient way possible and in accordance to their SLA agreements. You will achieve this by offering Remote Fixes and Escalations to Product and Engineering Teams and directly interfacing with customers.
