Finance & HR Coordinator (Finance)
Assist in the organization's financial management:
Accounts Receivable - reconciling daily/monthly revenue reports & bank statements, bank deposits
Accounts Payable - invoices, credit cards
Payroll - tips, deductions, wage garnishments, etc.
Assists with current and future financial resource planning
Assists with financial policy and procedure enforcement
Assists with budget preparation
Prepares financial reports
Monitors organizational cash flow and forecasting
Monitors daily deposits in conjunction with daily sales reports
Other tasks related to the finance department as directed by the Finance Manager
Human Resources
Utilizes HRIS to open requisitions, monitor applicant flow, and create new team member profiles in HRIS
Ensures company-level forms are submitted and completed during onboarding (e.g. USCIS Form I-9, tax forms, etc.)
Updates and monitors employee benefit plans in HRIS
Works with individual properties to build jobs in HRIS
Assigns, monitors, and updates training embedded in HRIS
Completes and returns various state required forms (e.g. UI claims, benefit audits, etc)
Responds to Verifications of Employment as necessary
Initiates background checks as necessary and tracks progress
Assists HR Manager with developing new company training presentations
Assists HR Manager with preparation of annual compliance reports
Other tasks relating to the HR program as directed by the HR Manager
