Who We Are Looking For

Applicant should possess strong organizational skills and be able to work independently or with a team to manage multiple projects. Excellent written, verbal communication and computer skills are required. Fast-paced environment; attention to detail is critical.

What You'll Do

  • Customer support, on-boarding and technical troubleshooting via ticketing system, phone, email, Webex & screen-sharing
  • Assist with Implementations and integrations with various ERP systems
  • Develop and maintain relationships through effective and timely communication.
  • Research, resolve and follow up on any escalated technical issues in a timely manner
  • Technical liaison between customer service and engineering teams
  • Write technical documentation, record videos
  • Regression testing in coordination with QA
  • Document and analyze issues/requested features
  • Write technical documentation
  • Apply known quick resolutions when production issues are reported
  • Learn to manage network servers and technology tools
  • Assist QA Automation team and light development as needed
  • Submit Jira tickets and enter supporting documentation into Confluence

  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Self-Motivated, curious and tenacious multitasker
  • Highly proficient with MS Office suite; Ability to quickly learn new applications. (e-procurement software)
  • Technical computer knowledge/ experience /coursework
  • Some basic programming and database management experience
  • Experience with Jira/Confluence
  • Dependable, flexible and consistent team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
