Role
As a Data Management Analyst III you'll join our Data & Digital team helping us lead, design, and build our digital transformation and define what's next for our business—while working in an organization that's continuously investing in data and systems.
The Data Management Analyst III will work across Crown Castle to support our transformational programs from a data governance, metadata, data quality, and master data management perspective. You will facilitate the data management playbook to improve enterprise data in transformational programs. Your work will include being the Data Management team point of contact for the transformations you are assigned as well as coordinating with the Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Quality, and Master Data Management capability leads to provide necessary support. You will lead Data Management activities for all phases of the transformation: Discovery and Planning, Development, and Post-Implementation.

Working Conditions: This is a remote role with the expectation of on-site collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter. Travel up to 20% may be required.
For New York, Colorado, California, and Washington residents: The hiring range offered for this position is $99,800 - $130,000 annually. In addition to salary, employees are eligible for an annual bonus of up to 15% of annual salary and restricted stock units. Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees can enroll in our company's 401k plan. Employees will also receive 18 days of paid time off each year and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
