Hands on experience with upgrades integrations Service Portal Health Scan Security Hardening
Service Catalog workflows Orchestration and PowerShell would be a plus
Modules in use ITSM ITBM ITOM SecOps Support and Maintenance Incident Management Ticket diagnosis and resolution Problem Management
Identify root cause analysis for recurring problems Service Request Management
Coordinate and work with vendor ServiceNow for resolving any software related bugs issues System Administration
Minor Enhancement Map business requirement to ServiceNow functional requirement
Design and development of solution in ServiceNow Migrate newly developed functionality to QA
Production environment Coordinate and perform indepth tests including enduser reviews for modified and new systems and other post implementation
