The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As the Global Supply Chain Intelligence Data Architect, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Defining the methodology for how Solventum scales Digitalization across Global Supply Chain.
  • Ensuring that technology investments translate into repeatable, scalable, and valuable business outcomes.
  • Integrate business processes with technical solutions (data, analytics, AI) to ensure cohesive and actionable digital strategies.

Core Responsibilities:

Data Architecture & Management:

  • Design and deploy scalable architectures that enable enterprise-wide analytics and reporting.
  • Align data architecture with Solventum's tech stack and DART/enterprise framework to support end-to-end processes-from multi-source ingestion and harmonization to unified modeling and advanced analytics for actionable insights
  • Build and manage data models, dictionaries, metadata repositories, and APIs to streamline data access and integration.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across platforms.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in current architecture and development practices.
  • Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging data technologies and tools.

Collaboration & Enablement:

  • Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain Intelligence Product Owner and cross-functional teams to define data requirements and align technical solutions with business objectives.

Governance & Best Practices

  • Support data governance initiatives and enforce enterprise-wide data management standards.
Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field AND 5+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Proficiency with SQL, Python, and data integration tools.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Additional Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with Machine Learning and Data Management Platforms (Alteryx, Databricks, Palantir).
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Experience working in healthcare or regulated industries.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $160,284 - $195,903, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
