As a Support Engineer for the Volterra Services team, you will also be at the forefront of the new frontier for F5 Networks in Edge 2.0 Technologies. With this team we pioneer support for F5's SaaS offerings working closely with development and product management teams. A diligent attitude is a must to ensure that everything is detailed effectively for our customers. In this role you will be responsible for fielding incoming customer tickets, building new documentation from those tickets, and interacting closely with management and team members to deliver the best overall service and customer experience.
Our F5 team of Volterra Support Engineers is responsible for providing first class service to customers that are embracing our new portfolio of SaaS offerings. You will be working directly with disruptive Edge 2.0 technology offerings. If you are a trailblazer, naturally curious, and enjoy developing creating solutions to challenging problems then this is the position for you!
Must be willing to work the overnight shift, 10:00pm/PST- 9:00am/PST
