Senior Business Development Representative (Project Management)
As part of this role, the successful candidate will be performing the following tasks:
Selling client server Property and Casualty Insurance software systems and services nationwide
Convey features and benefits, and perform demonstrations of AGO Products
Coordinate meetings of technical staff and/or client in the development of specifications and pricing
Travel to clients/prospects location as necessary
Manage own accounts as Account Manager – selling upgrades, making sure customer is satisfied with performance of AGO software, services, responsible for overseeing client payment and contract obligations – client surveys (NPS)
Campaign cold calling to support and build net new pipeline leads
Pro-active use of LinkedIn to identify and reach out to key prospects in target accounts
Provide input into marketing materials and to the product team about messaging and insights from the conversations with prospects
Tracking prospect engagement and opportunity stages in Zoho CRM for forecasting and tracking win/loss data
Work closely with R&D, providing competitor analysis and helping develop product roadmaps
Drive demand by attending industry events to promote AGO and identifying leads for further development
