Sr Mechanical Design Engineering Manager (Finance)
As a Sr Mechanical Design Engineering Manager here at Honeywell Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS), you will play a crucial role in shaping the design strategy and direction for our global energy and sustainability solutions. You will lead a team of designers, driving the development and implementation of innovative and user-centered design solutions for our customers across industries. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design goals and requirements, ensuring that our products are visually appealing, intuitive, and meet the needs of our customers. You will report directly to our Engineering Director and you'll work out of our office in Tulsa, Oklahoma on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the user experience of our energy and sustainability solutions, driving innovation and ensuring that our designs are at the forefront of industry standards.YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
Minimum of 12 years of experience in design, with significant leadership experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in design tools and software
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
