Partner with users in the organization to learn and understand business needs, document the requirements which are used to define a solution (processes and technology) to meet the business need.
Make recommendations for solutions or improvements that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
Support the configuration of systems to satisfy business requirements for fixes, changes, enhancements and compliance.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with relevant systems.
Develop detailed functional specifications, test plans, and system documentation.
Communicate system changes and issues to relevant stakeholders.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Three years of experience as a systems analyst.
Working knowledge of applications and data integration interfaces.
Experience with an ERP system highly preferred.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Demonstrated proficiency in performing root cause analysis.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas, concepts and proposals to a wide range of audiences at all levels, technical and non-technical, internal and external.
Strong organizational skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
