Reporting Data Governance Controls Lead (Finance)



Who we are looking for

The Chief Data Office is recruiting a Critical Report Data Controls Lead to design, implement, measure and govern data management controls framework for critical report to demonstrate compliance with BCBS 239 regulatory obligations.

What you will be responsible for

As the Critical Report Data Controls Lead you will

  • Drive implementation of risk data aggregation and reporting framework
  • Lead the design and implementation of Critical Report Data Control standards in collaboration with key stakeholders across the enterprise (Report Owners, Data Owners, BU Data Governance Leads, Business Risk Managers, SLOD).
  • Develop enterprise level implementation plans to drive business adoption plan spanning broad scope of enterprise stakeholders
  • Document and maintain data management controls inventory with clearly defined control evidence requirements and control implementation procedures and system requirements to demonstrate that controls are operating effectively.
  • Design oversight framework and status reporting and metrics to effectively govern BCBS 239 compliance controls to be routinely presented to Data Governance Board and Enterprise Data Management Committee.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Data Quality Management Role or Data Governance role
  • Risk assessment and control design experience including clear evidence and oversight metrics
  • Program management experience including set-up of program governance structures and metrics

Salary Range:
$140,000 - $222,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
