Assistant Manager of Workforce Development and Training (Finance)

The Assistant Manager of Workforce Development and Training is responsible for developing and implementing designated trainings for Education, Community Service, and Administrative Staff as well as families and other pertinent stakeholders as necessary. To provide on-site consultation for Education and CS programs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Develop and Deliver Professional Development of Agency Staff
  • Develop and Deliver Training for outside clients
  • Provide Internal Program Consultation
  • Provide External Program Consultation
  • Provide Parent and Family Support
  • Participate in committee work as needed
  • Monitor and Report Progress toward project goals
  • All other tasks as required by the department Director.
  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments
  • Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Oversee and data Collection and Analysis

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

  • BCBA Certification
  • NYS LBA Preferred
  • Minimum Education-Master's Degree in related Field, (Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology,)
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience
  • Exceptional Organizational Skills
  • Knowledge of relevant Computer software
  • Ability to interact with diverse groups of stakeholders

Physical Demands:

This position operates in a professional office environment and requires the ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:

  • Remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for extended periods.
  • Use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and external partners in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Occasionally move about the office to access files, office equipment, and attend meetings.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
