INDOPACOM Mission Assurance Program Analyst (Government)

SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION:
ANSER is seeking individuals with the experience and knowledge to provide proactive, engaged Mission Assurance Program support for INDOPACOM J34 headquarters staff. The Mission Assurance analyst will engage with INDOPACOM J34 and other headquarter staff agencies, to include other multi-service and international agencies to manage the INDOPACOM Mission Assurance program. Duties include:
Complete updates in Strategic Mission Assurance Data System nominate new entry and review accuracy of all PACOM ID items
Develop and maintain tracking of all DTRA, Army, Navy and Air For Mission Assuranceassessments that are scheduled within US INDOPACOM
Track completion of all Risk Assessments completed in USINDOPACOM area of responsibility and monitor receipt of all reports that identify risk associated with component capabilities that directly tie back to US INDOPACOM Mission Essential Tasks
Develop and administer schedule tracker to account for Tier 1 and Tier 2 assessments to assure nomination IAW DoDI 3020.40 and that all INDOPACOM Tier assets are properly scheduled
Assure mitigation action plans are in place for identified limiting factors associated with each plan as required
Provide status and tracking of identified limiting factors that are not currently covered by a MAP
Coordinate monthly working groups for critical asset protection
Review and track all waivers associated with Tier 1 and Tier 2 assets
Review and track all waivers associated with CIP, FPCON implementation
Track changes and updates to USINDOPACOM instructions and guidance to MA
Attend all planning conferences related to INDOPACOM and other JCS and Combatant Command exercises as assigned
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI
Minimum 10 years of directly relevant experience
Detailed knowledge of DoD Mission Assurance program, protection of Defense Critical Infrastructure (DCIP) and Tiered Asset protection
Attended AT Level II
Strong interpersonal/social skills; proven staff officer/contractor support excellence
Exceptional written, and verbal communication skills
EDUCATION & YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 10 years of directly relevant experience and prior MAJCOM and/or Combatant Command staff officer experience
