Supervisor, Information Technology (Finance)
A high school diploma or equivalent, plus three (3) years as an IT professional and at least one (1) year of experience leading a team, required
An Associates degree* in Computer Science, Technology or related field plus at least one (1) year of recent experience as an IT professional, required; with additional experience leading a team preferred
or A Bachelor's degree* in Computer Science, Technology or related field required; with prior experience as an IT professional preferred and experience leading a team, highly preferred
*All degrees must be from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education
Must Haves:
Strong ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle highly confidential information with professionalism
Must be knowledgeable of the best practices in the Information Technology industry
Strong knowledge of technical management and information analysis
Excellent knowledge of hardware and software systems
Data center management and data governance skills
In depth experience with computer network, network administration and installationMust have excellent supervisory skills, and exceptional soft skills, such as relationship-building, communications, listening, negotiation and diplomacy
Must have strong interpersonal communication, problem solving, and teambuilding skills
Must be detail oriented, have excellent organizational skills and be flexible
