Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities · Develop recruitment strategies for open positions in partnership with HRBP and Hiring Managers · Full life-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, closing, and hiring talent for assigned requisitions. · Present candidates to hiring managers and work as liaison between candidates and hiring managers throughout the full life cycle recruiting process. · Utilize the applicant tracking system as part of the recruitment process · Generate and submit job postings on job boards and internal/external website
