POS Techno-Functional lead

Must Have Skills:

Functional: Multiple POS product platforms, System Integration (Sales, Item, Customer, Payments)

Technical: NUCommerce POS, Java, Springboot, PostgreSQL

Desired Skills:

• Agile-DevOps and SRE Knowledge
• AWS, EC2, Lambda, Jenkins, Cucumber, Clarion

 

Job Roles / Responsibilities:      

 

• Playing POS Techno-Functional lead role -  Functional and Technical knowledge of one or more Point of Sale Product platforms in Implementation and Support projects
• Technical Lead over an agile team responsible for a large POS migration
• Translating business requirements to solution design and technical implementation. Involve in Requirements Gathering, Analysis, Low-level Design, Development, Independent Unit Testing, and Peer Review for new developments.
• Work extensively on reviewing the architecture and providing recommendations to fulfil project needs.
• Interact with business users to gather and document business requirements. Work closely with the Technical / Business team and all other project stakeholders to strategic Quality Assurance solutions for new platform migrations. Analyze impact, propose resolutions by coordinating with business and IT team members.
• Coordinates with the offshore team to deliver the artefacts on time to meet the project timeline.
• Drive Issue resolution end to end, from understanding the process/solution on the POS platform and its inbound/outbound integrations
• Implement configuration in the lower environment and assist in testing/UAT
• Strong inter-personal skills (developing trusted relationships, team-working, sharing ideas and knowledge)
• Ability to identify and pro-actively solve problems
• Demonstrate time management skills
