Howmet Aerospace
Isothermal Heat Treat and Press Operator (Finance)
Team members will be trained to use equipment to process critical rotating aerospace components made out nickel-based superalloys. In the Isothermal Forging process, vacuum systems, furnaces, and a forging press are used to process parts to the correct geometries using predetermined temperatures and recipes. In the Isothermal Heat Treat Process (HiSAS), high temperature furnaces and unique cooling profiles create the final properties to conform with customer metallurgical requirements. Team members will be primarily assigned to one of these manufacturing areas.
