Sales Support Associate (Finance)
POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Support Associate serves our internal customers by being trained to perform the job duties of all exempt positions within the sales team and also to provide coverage for these positions during absences in order to increase company sales and profits.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High School degree, GED or equivalent degree required; Associate's degree in Business preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years of previous retail experience.
Computer Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Certifications & Licenses: Valid and active driver's License; employee must be insurable to operate a vehicle, as a condition of initial and continued employment.
Other Requirements: Knowledge of: retail sales environment; grocery and beverage industry; standard selling practices; writing customer orders; Microsoft Office Suite. Skill in: selling products and promotions; internal and external customer service; work quickly, efficiently and independently; multi-task; communicate effectively with customers and other employees both verbally and in writing; adapt to change; relate to and influence customers; develop and maintain good working relationships; write and enter accurate orders; be trained on operating a pallet jack, tow motor and other mechanical equipment; drive a vehicle; operate a computer; delegate; problem solve.
