This unique position will help drive growth and loyalty by creating more customer relationships with Boyer Trucks Service Department. The successful candidate will possess superior communication skills to collaborate with staff on our Services and to demonstrate that value to our clients. What You Do:
Proactively solicit and pursue opportunities with state & local government agencies and large national & regional commercial fleet customers, with an emphasis on fixed operations capabilities.
Participate in dealership events and marketing initiatives to build and strengthen customer relationships.
Understand and comply with all applicable OEM rules & policies, enforcing OEM warranty and documentation requirements.
Coordinate new accounts with Service Manager.
Provide follow-up and ongoing service to existing customers.
Support and assist with departmental operations.
Attend and participate in service and training meetings.
Maintain professional appearance.
What You Bring:
Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or higher or at least five years of hands-on senior technician experience.
Demonstrated customer service excellence
Ability to communicate effectively with groups of customers or employees of organization.
Proven ability to work well in a team
Must have a valid driver's license and a DOT medical card. Maintains certification status with relevant OEM's.
