The Senior Retail Marketing Manager will be the key driver of short and long-term merchandising, marketing, and financial strategies for ULTA, Amazon, and Sephora. This position is expected to manage the business relationship and provide support necessary to maximize customer performance. This role is responsible for understanding current trends, ensuring products are marketed in compliance with brand and compliance standards.
• Support the management of the Retail P&L and adherence to the budget.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (location count, retail sales, same store sales, average order value, traffic, conversion, product mix, customer demographics) to recommend and implement revenue driving programs and/or corrective action when necessary.
• Manage the relationship between the retailers and The Proactiv Company departments (finance, supply chain, order management, accounting etc.). This includes day to day communication and potential issue resolution.
• Provide support with the development of the retail product mix, planograms, retail packaging, customer information materials and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards across all locations (images, graphics, messaging, displays, scripting, customer materials, advertisements, planograms).
• Develop and support in-store promotions to help drive sales.
• Manage the inventory forecast by working with supply chain and retailers to ensure that inventory is being forecasted appropriately and that supply chain is providing sufficient levels of inventory to meet store demand.
• Document and monitor wholesale and retail pricing.
• Work closely with in-store support partners providing guidance and information necessary to succeed in their role.

Travel & Residency
El Segundo, CA
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar discipline, required.
• Eight or more years' experience in account management, product/brand management, and trade marketing.
• Previous CPG or OTC health care or beauty industry, preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to build relationships with internal departments and retailers.
• Ability to work independently with an uncompromising level of detail, strong attention to follow-through, and the ability to prioritize and execute many tasks while meeting strict deadlines.
• Strong business management, budgeting and analytic skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and good attention to detail.
• Ability to consistently demonstrate the highest standards of integrity and professional conduct.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency.
