~ Manage and deliver CRM programs to drive vehicle demand and better customer engagement. Manage direct and email communications programs as well as the overall new vehicle marketing communications for owners, handraisers and prospects. Oversee performance of all related programs for these components. Provide business leadership and manage marketing agencies. Provide creative and directional support. Oversee performance analytics and reporting.
~ Collaborate with marketing agencies with support from Sr. Manager, Digital to ensure CRM programs meet business requirements.
~ Manage and oversee owner/handraiser/prospect communications and engagement programs which include strategic direction, overall program management, campaign execution, reporting and coordination with internal GMA departments, IT partners and marketing agencies.
~ Management of the daily operations and development of all new vehicle marketing programs, including email and direct mail campaigns.
~ Manage multiple CRM marketing agencies. Provide business leadership and strategic direction to guide agencies to collaborate and to deliver on-strategy and on-budget campaigns and initiatives.
~ Leverage new technologies and data capabilities to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.
~ Support Sr. Manager, Digital in developing Customer Engagement Strategies that support Genesis brand growth, demand generation, loyalty and overall vehicle sales.
~ Collaboration and coordination with other groups and entities within GMA and its partners.
~ Partner with internal teams, including incentives, legal and privacy, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
~ Provide campaign reporting to management and business stakeholders including marketing, sales, and marketing staff from the regions.
~ Create and present executive briefings.
~ Manage and track budget.
~ Manage staff.
~ This position has common manager-level authority defined by GMA HR/Finance policy.
~ Employment decision-making abilities in designated areas of responsibility.
~ Must have a high school diploma
~ Bachelor's degree preferred
~ Master's degree a plus
~ Six to seven years of experience.
~ Three or more years at managerial level.
~ Three to five years database marketing experience.
~ Five to seven years related automotive experience.
~ Agency and/or vendor experience helpful.
Skill / Knowledge:
~ Heavy emphasis on interpersonal relationship skills, analytical skills, written and oral communication skills and leadership skills.
~ Basic computer skills and effective time management skills.
~ Normal Office Duties.
~ Overnight travel is necessary
